New Delhi Bureau – Holosuit, an AR/VR tech firm joins hands with Srinivas University to offer B.Tech courses in Robotics, AI, AR/VR. This full-time four years on-campus degree course is a holistic programme for students to understand the insights of AI based robotic model to build or assemble robots from software – hardware programming to the centre of Excellence in Robotics, AI & AR/VR & many more.

A HoloWorld virtualized Lab is also curated where this course is taught by existing Srinivas University faculty who has been trained to teach through Mobile AR (Augmented Reality) and VR using 3D virtualization. This programme is structured in a way where students can learn & operate through tele-presence robots (controlled through a joy-stick or mobile or any other controller device) or by programming them to be autonomous robots. It will also enable students to learn & practice using Augmented Reality in 3D. It also includes advanced robotics with real life-size humanoid robots and motion capture bi-directional technology as well. Real robot kit will be allocated to students with an array of sensors, motors and real programming scripts to be used while learning & experimenting.
A platform named HoloManav is created where students will be able to meet and interact with Industry leaders for projects, white-papers, hackathons, competitions, workshops, training and jobs etc. Srinivas University is currently the only engineering college in the country to use a 7 feet high Humanoid Robot actually on campus to interact with students.
We aim to create a platform for young minds where they can be introduced to robotics as a technology through igniting an enduring interest in its usage and application to pursue it as a career & to create solutions that improve the quality of life. Building this holistic programme for the students will enable them to understand Robotics as the cutting-edge technology which drives not just industrial robots, but drones, autonomous vehicles (Land, Sea, Air), in Defence / Combat use and for space exploration etc. It is an immense pleasure to join hands with Srinivas University to share the same vision with us. We look forward for this significant collaboration, says Harsha, Founder & CEO, Holosuit.
We welcome Holosuit onboard with us on this TechEd journey with us. We believe at creating an eco-system of highly skilled engineering students who are not just aware of Robotics and AR/VR  as a technology but develop expertise & contribute in the industry with the new ideation & invention, says, Spokesperson, Srinivas University.
