The flyover, stretching from Maligaon chariali to Kamakhya gate on AT road, boasts an extended arm to Pandu ghat feeder road.

The construction of the bridge started at March 2021.

The project was engineered by the Assam PWD, and constructed by a joint venture of Shree Gautam Construction Co Ltd and Anupam Nirman Pvt Ltd.
