Guwahati: A free eye checkup camp was organized by the 36 CRPF in association with Bright Vision NE at Khonsa in Tirap district of Arunachal Pradesh on Wednesday.
Several patients and people with eye ailments benefitted from the organisation of the camp.
Pinto Yadav, the Second in Command, while speaking to the media, exerted hope that the organisation of such camps will benefit the local villagers of the far flung areas in Arunachal Pradesh.
He also expressed his gratitude towards Bright Vision NE for extending support towards successful conduct of the day long camp.
Deputy Commandant M. S. Yadav and other officers of the Battalion were present during the camp. During the organization of the camp, some patients who were detected with major ailments were referred to Dibrugarh for further treatment.
