Yuzu Kosho tiger

Start with crispy Pomme Pavé topped with lemon cream cheese and blueberry jam, or the flaky Mushroom Flatbread with balsamic glaze. Don’t miss the Tiger Prawns in yuzu butter or the creamy Miso Truffle Udon.

For mains, try the juicy Smoky Soy Spatchcock Chicken, or the elegant Grilled John Dory with truffle foam. And the desserts? Bunny’s Delight, a spiced carrot cake with white chocolate mousse, is the star.

From the adorable Happy Cupcake Brunch to the crunchy, pastel-coloured Speckled Egg Cookies, every treat is as pretty as it is tasty. Their Blueberry Tea Cakes are perfect for a calm, cosy morning, while the Easter Basket Cakes are filled with charm and frosting fun.

Recipe: No-Bake Easter Nest Treats

Ingredients:

2 cups cornflakes or crushed digestive biscuits

1 cup melted chocolate (milk or dark)

Mini candy eggs or jelly beans (for decoration)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix the cornflakes or crushed biscuits with the melted chocolate until well coated.

Spoon the mixture into cupcake liners or a muffin tray, shaping them into small nests with a dip in the centre.

Place 2-3 mini candy eggs in each nest.

Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until set.
