Four days after a comparable event at berth 13, Trinamul-affiliated INTTUC workers allegedly stopped unloading from a ship carrying manganese at berth 9 of the Haldia dock complex.
Crane operators were allegedly chased off the ship by Trinamul employees who insisted that their agency be employed despite an existing tender that identified another firm, forcing the operators to leave the ship.
