In a video posted on X (formerly Twitter), Kaif can be seen jumping into the Yamuna River from a boat and enjoying a swim. Accompanying the clip, he shared a nostalgic message, writing, “Abe isi Jamuna ji mein tairaki seekha hoon” (Hey, I learned swimming in this very Yamuna River).
The video also features Kaif’s son, who watches from the boat as his father swims for an extended period, highlighting the emotional connection Kaif has with the river.

Mohammad Kaif had an illustrious international cricket career, representing India in 138 matches across all formats and amassing a total of 3,377 runs. His remarkable contributions include three centuries and 20 half-centuries. In Test cricket, Kaif scored 624 runs in 13 matches, while in One-Day Internationals (ODIs), he accumulated 2,753 runs from 125 matches.
Kaif first rose to prominence as a captain, leading the Indian Under-19 team to victory in the 2000 Under-19 World Cup. His leadership and performances at the junior level earned him a place in the senior team, where he quickly became known for his elegance at the crease and his unparalleled fielding skills.
