Raipur: The Transport Department defeated Rakhi Police Station in the ongoing Nava Raipur Premier League (NPL) being played at Sports Ground Rakhi Nava Raipur Atal Nagar. Four matches were played on Thursday.
The first match was played between the Transport Department and the Rakhi Police Station.
The Rakhi Police Station scored only 47 runs. Chasing the target, the Transport Department scored 48 runs and won the match.
The second match was played between the Tribal Welfare Department and the Veterinary Department. The Veterinary Department scored only 55 runs. The Tribal Welfare Department scored 56 runs and won the match.
The third match was played between NIC Mantralaya and MARKFED-11. The NIC Mantralaya beat the MARKFED-11 in the match.
The fourth match was played between the Excise Department and the Law Department.
The Excise Department scored 73 runs. The Law Department scored only 32 runs at the loss of all the wickets.
