Posted on December 11, 2022 By No Comments on Police deny any connection to the alleged sword attacks on witnesses by Ashish Mishra’s aides in the Lakhimpur Kheri case.

The primary witnesses in the case, Prabjot Singh and his younger brother Sarwajeet Singh, were allegedly hacked with a sword by the aides of Ashish Mishra, an accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri case. Sarwajeet was attacked and suffered severe head injuries, while Prabjot managed to escape unharmed.

According to Prabjot Singh, the attack was carried out by Ashish Mishra’s supporters. Ashish is the son of Union minister Ajay Mishra. Additionally, he reported the incident to the Tikunia police station, mentioning Ashish Mishra by name.

The main suspect in the Lakhimpur Kheri case, Ashish Mishra, is charged with killing four farmers and a journalist in Lakhimpur Kheri on October 3, 2021, by running over and running over them.

SP for Lakhimpur Kheri In an interview with India Today TV, Sanjeev Suman said, “The attack is a result of animosity between two factions. Ashish Mishra, the primary suspect in the Lakhimpur Kheri case, is accused of running over and killing four farmers and a journalist in Lakhimpur Kheri on October 3, 2021.

Lakhimpur Kheri SP Sanjeev Suman claimed in an interview with India Today TV that the incident was the consequence of hostility between two factions. This incident had nothing to do with the one at Lakhimpur Kheri. An inquiry has started after a complaint was filed at the Tikunia police station. The injured person is undergoing medical care at the hospital.

A Lakimpuri Kheri court filed charges on December 6 against Ashish Mishra and 13 other people in relation to the murder of four farmers and a journalist in the area the previous year. On December 16, the trial will start.

“The court charged the 14 accused, including Ashish Mishra, with IPC sections 147 (rioting), 148 (rioting with deadly weapons), 149 (committing an offence with a common intention), 326 (dismemberment), 307 (murderous assault), 302 (Murder), 120 B (criminal conspiracy), and 427 (causing damage to property).” District Government Couns.

Farmers who were protesting the three farm laws imposed by the Center are said to have been ran over by Ashish Mishra. However, the Supreme Court revoked Mishra’s release, ordered him to turn himself in once more, and requested the high court to reconsider its decision after hearing from the families of the victims
